I'd second that, looks like it's been a few years since it got any fertility lol. 100 urea 100 potash will get you headed the right direction then if you think you can hang on to it long term try getting some lime on it in the fall as well as some manure if you can. Beef manure is typically high in K in my experience and will really help you out in that situation.
