Agreed, we have a Krause soil finisher & a Tiger ate II field cultivator, both with 5 bar spike harrows. IMO, the fc leaves a better seed bed. But, if where there's a lot of winter annual weeds, or if soil gets a hard crust then the finisher will do a better job.. Coil time Harrows work OK but in our heavy soils they just don't level or break up clods like a spike harrow.
