You maybe could try setting the harrow to a less aggressive position if it's adjustable. In my experience that really helps spread out the bunching more evenly. If still wanting a little better after 1 pass, set the field cultivator 3/4-1" shallower with harrow back in aggressive position. 2nd pass goes several mph faster than initial and uses minimal fuel. Page out of the days when Treflan was common and 2 pass was the norm.
