Have a repower 8850 that have chased excessive black smoke . Not normal, have replaced turbo and completely went through fuel system. Injectors and pump. No restrictions in intake, starts excellent and runs excellent seems to have ok power.set at 450 hp. No leaks after turbo. No restrictions on fuel, lines were replace. Any help

Either the pump is turned up excessively, or wrong cam/timing. Does it have parts from a STC and it's an NTC? Probably gonna have to investigate deeper to determine what's going on. |
