First thing I would do it try turning up the afc response, if it’s smoking black bad it’s getting too much fuel for the amount of boost. Adjusting the afc will limit the fuel/boost ratio and limit the black smoke.
Also, are the injectors actually the right ones, or is the rail pressure just cranked up with smaller injectors? Too small of injectors can kinda artificially retard the injection timing as well. | |
