NE WI | Not being familiar with electric row clutches do they require power to engage or disengage?
It’s either a voltage sag issue or back EMF causing voltage spikes on the power to the monitor.
For a sag in voltage you could isolate the DC power to the monitor with a DC-DC step up converter. I did this with our sprayer switch box and set the output to 15V. I was having a voltage sag issue to the solenoid valves.

I 3D printed an enclosure for the above.
If it’s noise one of those noise suppression chokes used for car audio DC filtering might work. Most auto parts stores should have them. | |
