I bought a Deric weaver machine new. Fairly happy with it.
I can change 24" pivot tires with it. Smaller than 16" rims won't clamp in the middle but I believe they do have models with a smaller table.
Even if you don't do your own pickup tires, sometime you will need to do bigger than 16" tires.
