WC Ohio | I have not tried the apple salad at Ruby Tuesday's but it sound just like the one my 13 year old won in a apple cook off contest three years ago. It is really, really good - do not know of anyone that doesn't like it. Here you go:
Candy Apple Salad
3 Red Apples
3 Green Apples
4 peanut nougat candy bars (aka Snickers)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Chop apples and candy bars, place in a large bowl. Whip heavy cream until stiff, add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until combined. Pour over apples and candy; stir until apples and candy are coated. Enjoy!!
