Lapel, In | Mom always told about Christmas when she ws little. They always went out and cut what she said was an old fashioned tree. Turns out that they were native Cedar trees. NO pines in the area. They could not have afforded a Pine anyway.A few years before she died, I went out and cut a Cedar tree for her one Christmas. Surprized her with it.She said it was a special Christmas as it brought back a lot of memories along with its special Cedar smell. I am glad I did that for her now. | |
