It's hot. On one bottle I chopped the peppers with seeds in a food chopper till they were minced and poured hot vinegar over them. You got to be carefull how much you use on your greens and peas. You don't need to use it to many meals in a row. It seems Tabasco dissappears pretty fast around hear. The Habaneros do have a different taste to them. I just got a new Willhite seed catalog and it has what is supposed to be a Tabasco pepper in it. I guess Tabasco finally released it's seed to the public. I know several years ago we were at the Tabasco plant and they were pretty protective of there peppers then.
