Blooming where I am planted! | Mmm I love my gas stove! I rented an apt. once that had electric and hated cooking with it! Too much not knowing what temperature you're really at. I can some too and can't imagine the troubles of doing that with electric, much less a flat top. I pressure can everything and you have to be able to regulate temperature with a lot of accuracy with that, so gas is a better choice just for that reason. |
