The administrators are not online all the time. You might have to wait sometimes. Other times they are out investigating the problem before they reply. Just because they haven't posted back, doesn't mean that they didn't see your post. Give them some time and they will come back with an answer you like. These guys are working for nothing, it's all gratuit. I commend them for that.
