| Definite designate back door Mud Room, large double sink, shower stall and a washer dryer and closet. In my home, that my mother-in-law designed - I have a walk-in closet and a shoe closet. In the guest bathroom is the laundry shoot that drops down into the laundry room where I have a closet my washer & dryer as well as a counter top to fold clothes and shelves to put the lonely socks or items needing ironed. We have two fireplaces - one up and one directly underneath. For the stairs, we have storage under the stairs. Only a couple of things I would change is a mud room mentioned earlier, open kitchen to the dining living room, you won't ever get that family time back when raising children and one day granchildren. So when you are in the kitchen you can participate :) | |
