| I think you'll be happy with your convection oven and if you're already a good cook you won't have any trouble adjusting to it. If you're not, it's not going to make you a great cook over night. I don't know how large of quabtities you bake but the convection really shines when there's several pans being cooked at the same time. Much of the time my wife will have 2 6" deep, 3 4" deep or 4 2" deep steamtable pans of food baking in one of her convection ovens at once | |
