I'd never do stick built again. Go Modular!
Order what you want and move in in less than a month.
The quality is much higher and long lasting!!!!!!
Shure glad you like your TRAILERHOUSE because that is what a modular home is a glorfied trailer house no way around it local guy here did it was telling how great it was and was so much cheaper said he put the better windows in, upgraded almost everything and now that he has it admits it is a trailer house and after all the upgrades is was only about 20K cheaper, now live in that house for 20 years and then go sell it will guarantee you will get a lot more than 20K more for the stick built house.
