West Texas | Making me hungry all over again!! I put my families favorite rub on it, Lot a Bull. Let it set in the fridge overnite. Turned out real good. Oldest even liked it and he does not like roast. Any kind up to now.
I did some ribs a few weeks ago that every one loved!
I love cooking out, BBQ ing and smoking different cuts of meat etc. Building me a new smoker but it's on hold right now til the summer heat is gone and by then I'll have a little more time for it. | |
