Nevada, Iowa | Thanks pal! I am sure that Mrs. Daver has toodled off to bed by now (I am in the shop) but I will leave a note for her in the morning.
As far as grammar, I am not sure that either of you could learn anything from the other (she'll swat me for saying that). And as far as etiquette, I don't care what anyone says, you look silly with your pinky sticking out when you drink tea from a cup. At least we had a little brush up so I would remember the correct utensils to eat with so they didn't throw me out of the Branding Iron later that night!
