NEIA | I vote for grilling. Get it thawed. Then put it in a salt water brine overnight. Put a baking rack in a cake or brownie pan. Put turkey on this. On a gas grill put this in the middle with the center burner off. Grill for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 to 350*. Might be less for one that small. Maybe only 1 1/2 like a chicken. If you can get some smoke in there also it will be great. | |
