No! Let's not get carried away in the seed trench. Boron is fairly hot, and only minute quantities should be used in the seed trench. The further from the seed the more you can use. 1-2# per acre is a pretty good dose for established Alfalfa, too much for a new seeding. Corn, beans, wheat, if applying away from the row work fairly well.
