Our contract is Based on a hand cleanout. 1%=.80, 2%=.70, 3%=.60, 4%=.50, 5%=.40, 6%=.30, 7%=.20, over7%=.15. Plus some other incentives. The cleanout is anything that falls through a #11 slotted screen.I can usually get 2% or less if it is a decent year and there are not to many small beans.
