In a pinch, you can do your own seed count -- if you have access to an accurate scale. 454 grams = 1 lb.

All seed labs have the ability to do seed counts if it is requested (some include it with purity analysis, others don't). Some labs can do Accelerated Aging and Cold Germ to help assess the vigor of wheat seed.
