S. IL | Now guys, don't you think there is room for improvement? I work during the winter months at a packing plant and at least once a week there will be a driver that can't back into the loading dock and someone has to back the tractor trailer in. Those guys (and gals) don't need to be on the road driving, period. The grandfather-in system brought many unqualified drivers to the industry.There are some professional drivers out there I know, but don't just start with the new CDL drivers. The guys that can't back a trailer need to be tested too! | |
