I also like how easy and cheap the Trimble is to update firmware. Anyone with a PC can download and install the updates in a few minutes for free. Remember the WAAS satellite change last year ? Changing them on a Trimble EZGuide plus was as simple as downloading firmware and instructions from the Trimble site. Some other brands needed a trip to the dealer and a fee because the dealer had to buy a programming device to add the satellite change. |
