Anhydrous is not just a piece of cake to handle ...
Therefore, I think a double carrier with solid pipe plumbing should be preferred.
Here in Europe, anhydrous equipment has to get certified periodically, not just the tanks, but the hoses, the plumbing, the valves, etc...
Just think of what a hazard a leaking equipment can be when the tanks are full.
