I've heard it go both ways, but of course I'm biased as I work a JD dealership in direct competition with them. They either went public or are going public shortly and that is what’s spurring all these store buy-outs. I’ve never heard anything bad about them from a current customer, but of course there were concerns from customers that were long time friends with the stores that got bought out.
Much like RDO Equipment Co, they seem to be working on International Sales as well. Their corporate office is in Fargo, ND I think…
