SE ND | Haven't bought any equipment from them lately but parts at our local Titan stores is pathetic....they usually have the parts but its at another store and they can have it in the morning, that dosent work when your cultivator is in need of a wheel hub and the planter is catching it. It seems every year they seem to get a little worse and last year we just drove 30mi further to a "small" dealership and they always had the part sitting on the counter for us. It could be just the stores in our area but its a sad thing to have a big buisness come in and destroy the service you used to have. | |
