We replace ours at 14.5" like the book says. In fact was doing that today on one of the planters. We run the wheel type scrapers here because of our soil type. And while your at it you might replace the inside scraper or frog on the bottom of your shank. After running the blades that far it should be worn and is probably why your seed tubes are worn so bad.
