If i understand him righ, he tried jumping the terminals at the air switch it self and the lights worked so I think hes got power up to that point. The problems gotta be at the switch, either the switch itself or for some reason the switch isnt receiving air input to activate it. When he said the air tanks were empty, to be thats the hint.
