usafarmer,
Nice pics! Next time you remove the rotor leave the end plate on if you can get your forks inside the discharge opening. You'll get it down to a science with a few more removals.(9 mins. out and 11 mins back in in the heat of harvest.) One of the most simplest designs for getting at the heart of the machine when needed. Definetely do the channel helical extension and instead adding only 12" of channel bar we usually put in 30" of channel bar to get the material away from the concave quicker. Also add the F2 toothed concave bars to the seperator grate. Extend the cylinder bars into the discharge as mentioned and also re-adjust concave to remove factory wedge to get better flow across concave. Also rework the blocks on rear feeder chain to let more material flow under rear drum. Most of this is highlighted on Hyper Mods. tab on Gleaner talk page.
Have fun and ask questions when needed,
DavidM (aka;Hyper Harvest II)
