| Gotta consider there is a lot of power loss through a hydro trans vs mechanical gear or PS trans. Another thing to consider with the hydro is what kind of ambient temps you're asking the hydro to pull a heavy load in. Might overheat the trans much the same way as older automatic pickups doing heavy towing. Hydro is intended more as a "versatile" saddle horse to easily change directions and speeds not heavily loaded. Not intended as a heavy draft pulling horse. | |
