I assume that the Folicur was for scab in the wheat. Not sure if the label allows for spraying for anything else (Illinois had a section 18 for scab only on Folicur). If it was for anything else I would have use a preventive type of product before the disease infected the wheat. As for the tracks, if I can raise 115bu. wheat consistantly, I will take it, tracks and all.
