I appreciate your example given. I have often heard smarter people than me (just about everyone) say you should never store beans...just buy paper (I usually get mine @ Staples). I prefer dealing with things I understand & see though.

So-I think you're saying that farming w/paper doesn't always work in the case you've given? Can you simplify explanation slightly & elaborate?
