Vermont | Somewhere on this forum someone posted something to the effect that it is illegal to compile data collected from a drone without the landowner's consent. I was wondering if anyone has any documentation to support this. The state of Vermont is embarking on a mission to regulate tile drainage and they want to map all the tile lines in certain watersheds. I was just wondering if a third party contractor could just do this without the landowner having any say? Thanks | |
