We know in general that airline pilots (and their associations) are not in love with drones -
AND
I'm certainly NOT suggesting any of these sightings and reports are false or lies.
BUT
How do these sightings/reports get verified since they don't show on radar?
(Just a question - not an accusation - understand that)
I agree with you, any pilot should be afraid of drones, they are a hazard to planes.
As far as radar, you really think a small drone will show up on radar? No, it will not.
A pilot does not need a radar confirmation, to confirm his report. |
