Iowa | Is you time not worth anything? Are you not making a business decision on where to scout with the info from the drone?
I went to a drone conference last winter and an FAA person was there to speak. The question was asked about flying crops for scouting and he made it very clear that the FAA considers that commercial use.
What are you willing to risk? The test cost $150 and some time studying. | |
