They may have signed their purchase order...or payment check.

Can you show us what that contract looks like? We first planted RRSB in '94. I sure don't recall seeing what you consider we all signed. I do understand "implied consent" however. Basically, by not saying no, you mean yes. I'm also guessing there's quite a few farmers that have higher moral standards than some of your customers, yet may in fact be doing the dastardly deed.
