Beresford SD | Yeah, an 806 might not be the most refined thing to operate, but some of them ran 10-15K hours on regular maintenance.
My brother's 706 showed up here last summer needing help, I changed oil in the rear end, set the clutch, adjusted the TA dump valve (the little spring on the rod was broken), and adjusted the transmission brake. That made a world of difference on gear shifting, the little red light which normally illuminates when the clutch is depressed had not been seen for a long time. They can be a handy tractor if everything works OK. | |
