After yours and other suggestions to check the expansion tank, I dug up the directions for the expansion tank. The instructions say to put the tank in-line just before the circulation pumps, and not on a dead end line. Well guess what, its on the return side, AND on a dead end line. I may be having some words with the installer....maybe not nice ones either.
Any boiler experts on here?
