| I had the dealer come down to help me figure out what in the world was going on. He took one look and asked me why the supply line to the zones were not coming out of the top port on the boiler. I said they are. He said no, I was supposed to unscrew the hoop that the factory uses to hold the boiler on the pallet. That is the top port. I have a body of hot water on the top of the boiler now that never gets taken out, throws off the temp guage and the blows the pressure/temp relief valve. I felt so stupid, the only consolation was the installer missed it too. I'm now waiting for him to get back to correct the plumbing, then should be in buisness.
