oregon | A check I sent out in early November was late. It finally showed up in Portland, Oregon the end of December. A check that was sent to a local address 3 miles away never arrived. It is an almost a weekly occurrence that the USPS mixes up my mail, my parents mail and my parents mail at their old address. Plus, they sometimes send my kids' mail to my parents' address in Idaho. The kids have never lived in Idaho. I thought service was good when I was a kid and it cost 5 or 6 cents. I never heard my parents complain about it. | |
