I think service in general is just poorer than it has been in my lifetime, not post office but everywhere. Top to bottom. We have a ‘me first and only me’ mentality in society and that does not lead to any sort of quality service to others I guess.
I know such things in society group think evolve and pendulums swing. I hope this one starts swinging back to center sooner than later.
