South central kansas

Last time it was dry enough to cut wheat the elevator said I was the only one selling across the scale. (30 days free storage) historically the price tanks about now when guys up north kick off.

I talked to some guys and they said it’s going to rally when they cut wheat in Kansas?

What do the minds here think? I’ve sold about 2/3 mine and the rest is still in the field trying to sprout. I could hold out on the rest of mine for a while, but don’t want to end up like all the guys who still have last years they could have sold for $11

We are effectively rationing demand for HRWW at these price levels, both internationally and domestically.

Trade data from the European Union show Poland has shipped about 79,000 tons of wheat to the US so far in the 2022-23 season. More such cargoes from the Baltic to the US are likely given the price spread, Marciniak said.May 18, 2023
