North Central Oregon
I use Ubiquity products to get wifi around the farm for security cameras, access. Longest distance is right at 2.25 miles. Great signal. I use both nano's and Lightbeams. The first time you set a Ubiquity system up can be a challenge getting everything paired. But then they just work. In close to 5 years of using their products I have not had a failure and have only had to reset 1 station once. Most of the time, when there is a problem, it is with a router.

I think the preconfigured Ubiquity Nanos from Amazon would work well for you. (That will take a little of the challenge out of setting them up) I have a couple of them in my system and work really well. I often have thick freezing fog in the winter and it doesn't effect the transmission. Even some pretty good snow storms with no effect.

I use these for the longer distances.
