I've installed dozens of Ubiquiti radios.  For that distance I'd go with Nanobeams.  As for getting power to them, look into Netonix switches.  They are POE switches that can be powered with DC power (9-72 volts I think).  That way you avoid the need for converting to AC, which is inefficient.
