Even being outside they should have had the courtesy to be off to the side so smoke wouldn’t bother other people. Or so a breeze would carry the smoke away.
Like Tim in WI said, at least it wasn’t pot. That stuff stinks.
I never smoked. In our local area I don’t see very many who do smoke. Or at least not in public.
