It came from Meijers, pre brined ...Little bigger cut than we usually get, always really came out well and a favorite, either bbq or boiled...
Wonder about whats left putting it on bbq with low heat.It may just be a tough cut. Will try slow cooker next time. thanks

Son just buys brisket and then smokes it himself
