Our 9 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiacs disease. This is where gluten damagesthe small intestine. She is a very picky eater which we are working on trying to change. Does anyone have any good gluten free recipes they would like to share?

Probably not ideal for a picky eater but here are some recipes from my wife's business on our farm.

Bryce thank you for the link from your wife's business. Makes me hungry looking at the pictures. I see lots of veggies and fruits and cheese with some spiked with cooked or fried chicken breast. Cooked chicken and most ham add the protein we need in the mix and are pretty much a sure bet to be safe. My wife said to make sure the rice we use is raw with nothing like spices added so we even have to be careful with label reading on the bag of supposedly safe rice. how can spices contain gluten? The gluten comes not from the spice itself but from possibly wheat or barley used as a binder to glue it together.
