| With early live vaccines for BVD was avery big risk-40 years ago, now they claim not so much, I have started using Bovishield Gold one shot on my calves after weaning when cows are not near them, I also vaccinate them twice as yearlings with Triangle 10 then boost it every June and October-November after that. Probably excessive, but a lot of wild animal movement here and e few big dairies around moving manure in the area and I dislike good cows showing up open at calving time.
