East Palestine, Ohio (Columbiana Co.) | Specifically in my toes. They are numb and tingly, with my right foot worse than left. The numbness lessens somewhat with physical activity that raises heart rate and respirations. I do a walk/ run most days that is 2.5-3 miles, and it does help. Also, I inadvertently found a foot crème to also help some. I have cracks in my feet that I am rubbing foot crème on and I figured nothing to lose so started rubbing on the front part of my feet including toes as well, and it helps reduce the tingly sensation a noticeable amount- for me anyway.
Would also like to hear other remedies people have found that worked for them. I will try to post a pic of the crème I’m using.
Have a good one…………….Dumb Farmer
