Pittsburg, Kansas | For me it was a change of diet that got rid of my diabetic foot neuropathy and cracking heels. Went from a regular diet to low carb ketogenic at 20 grams total carbs or less per day.
Can't remember how long it took as was gradual improvements over time. Probably on the order of a year or two for complete reversal.
Diet change got rid of a lot of health problems for me.
